Our Team

Rege is a third-generation carpenter who started in the construction field in 2002 as an apprentice union carpenter. He quickly worked his way to foreman, field superintendent, and project manager. He is a natural motivator who manages our company’s daily operations.

Doug has over 25 years of experience selling, managing, and developing real estate. His passion for sustainable urban development helps him create unique solutions for our clients’ real estate projects. He used complex public and private financing to develop over $45 million of real estate in Pittsburgh, from single-family rehabs to large multi-family developments.
