One of Shape Development Group’s residential projects was awarded Best New Bathroom in Pittsburgh Magazine’s Best of Design competition in 2023. This unique, two-sided space has separate entrances, sinks, dressing areas, and flooring. It is linked in the center by a glass-enclosed wet room that lets you see the other side. In addition, the bathroom connects to the adjacent bedroom by a two-way fireplace framed by ledgestone cut stone veneer.

We built a stunning 3,100-square-foot home with tall windows facing Downtown Pittsburgh. This modern property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a home gym, a gourmet kitchen, and a speakeasy. Stained wood and stacked stone frame three bio ethanol-burning fireplaces. We also used the same materials to build rustic steps leading to the outdoor area and a raised deck off the kitchen.
