Frazier Street
Shape aligned itself with Oakland Community Land Trust and Pfaffmann + Associates to build four highly efficient and attractive new homes in the South Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. These will be permanently affordable homes through the Land Trust model.
Polish Hill Brereton
In this first phase to redevelop a challenging hillside development in the Polish Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, we built four efficient, single-family houses. Partnering with City of Bridges Community Land Trust and Rothschild Doyno Collaborative, these will be permanently affordable homes through the Land Trust model.
Flowers Avenue
We partnered with Hazelwood Initiative and Pfaffmann + Associates in constructing three new homes featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a study in the resurgent neighborhood of Hazelwood.
