Pacific Sanctuary
This beautiful historic building sat empty for many years; the plaster walls and ceilings crumbling. Our team worked very closely with the client and architect to fully renovate the main floors. We repurposed the old Sunday School classrooms into offices and bathrooms, replastered the main sanctuary, and installed efficient lighting and heating systems.

Rehabilitation and preservation of an existing affordable housing development in the Friendship neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. Updates included replacing the fire escapes, roof, masonry repointing, kitchens, HVAC systems, electrical updates, and new paint and flooring.

NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL
Listed in the Pittsburgh Business Times as one of "Pittsburgh's Coolest Offices", this custom-made office space for Northwestern Mutual includes an all-glass conference room suspended above the foyer and an outdoor 1,400 square-foot stone patio for client meetings.
